Decided house plan and plot

After the Sunday visit rest is happening too fast. Like a roller coaster ride. Contacted Jame knurek, he connected us with builder Rob Mannarino. We went over plans on their website and immediately likes plan MBI022.

Estimates are already too high for this plan. On top of that the lots we liked has huge lot premiums. Received estimates form builder on Apr 3.

Still went to next steps and talked to builder. Finally builder agreed to take off lot premium and gave some discount on contract.  We had a final contact from Rob on April 9th.
